CFG Bank Arena Suite Details and Pricing
How much do CFG Bank Arena Premium cost?
CFG Bank Arena Suite rental prices range widely depending on the concert/event as well as Suite size, location, and amenities. Concert Members receive a 50% discount on single night Suite rentals. All rentals come standard with private Suite tickets, VIP parking passes, and access to our VIP entry.
How many guests can fit in a CFG Bank Arena Suite?
CFG Bank Arena Suite rentals come with 12-30 tickets included. CFG Bank Arena Suites have the interior space to accommodate all guests in a comfortable upscale environment.
CFG Bank Arena Premium Overview
Catering
Suites at CFG Bank Arena can be catered at your own discretion for an additional cost. There is no minimum and it's optional.
Parking and Transportation
CFG Bank Arena Suites will include a limited number of parking passes with each suite rental. VIP parking will be available in the Arena Garage off S. Howard Street.
Venue Bag Policy
CFG Bank Arena approved bags include crossbodies, clutches, wristlets or wallets meeting the dimensions of 4.5” x 6.5’’. Backpacks, purses, laptop bags or camera bags are all prohibited. No outside food or drinks are allowed in the arena.
Entrances
Arena doors typically open one hour prior to events. There is no re-entry allowed for any event at the arena. For those renting a suite, guests have exclusive access to the two VIP entrances in the garage on the East and West side of the arena.
Child Ticket Policy
All suite guests will need a ticket regardless of age.
Mobile Ticketing
Your phone is your ticket. Add tickets to your Apple or Google wallet and transfer them to friends before reaching the gate. Mobile entry is safe, easy, and fast. Your ticket is sent straight to your mobile device from Ticketmaster.
Rideshare/Uber
The Rideshare drop-off and pick-up is located on the Lombard Street side of CFG Bank Arena.
Know Before You Go
CFG Bank Arena is a cashless facility. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards are accepted. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Premium Concierge Service
Upon arriving at your suite, you will be greeted by a suite attendant who will assist you throughout the event to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Your attendant will be on hand to help and answer any questions.
