Shopping for a Suite

How do I book an CFG Bank Arena suite?

To reserve a suite for a concert or live event at CFG Bank Arena, simply navigate to the Events section and select the event you plan to attend. Suites are conveniently available for purchase on our website by securely entering your credit card details.

Can I purchase additional tickets for my suite?

Most CFG Bank Arena suites offer the option to purchase additional (“SRO”) tickets for your suite. To see if your suite offers SROs, please view the specific listing or refer to your reservation documents. SROs can be purchased by contacting your CFG Bank Arena Sales & Service Representative.

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a Sales & Service Representative from CFG Bank Arena will reach out to confirm your reservation and coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All tickets will be delivered digitally to the email associated with your purchase.

How are my tickets delivered?

Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an online Account Manager ID. A dedicated CFG Bank Arena representative will then guide you through the process of accessing and transferring your tickets. It's important to note that these tickets are exclusively mobile and cannot be printed. To ensure seamless entry to CFG Bank Arena, we advise transferring tickets directly to each guest. This guarantees smooth access and an enjoyable event experience for all.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on CFGBankArenaPremium.com are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All suites at CFG Bank Arena are ADA accessible.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on CFGBankArenaPremium.com include:

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

There is typically arena fee per transaction which price varies per each event. In-suite catering is not included with the suite purchase and a menu will be provided with the total cost of each item/package.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. All suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or canceled events, see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is canceled?

If the event is canceled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

To place an advance catering order, your CFG Bank Arena Representative will provide you with the suites catering menu and assist with coordinating your order.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No. In-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and beverage individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the arena.

How much does catering typically cost?

All costs will be provided in the catering menu. Packages are set based on type of food and beverage - i.e., individual items vs. packages. - and number of people.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

All suite guests will need a ticket regardless of age.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and CFG Bank Arena)?

Event Day Questions

Where do I park?

CFG Bank Arena suites will include a limited number of parking passes with each suite rental. VIP parking will be available in the Arena Garage off S. Howard St.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

For those renting a suite, guests have exclusive access to the two VIP entrances in the garage on the East and West side of the arena.

When does my suite open?

Arena doors typically open one hour prior to events. Please refer to your Know Before You Go that you will receive closer to your event date for the exact time of doors opening.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the event?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by an attendant. An Event Day menu will be available in your suite and food/drink orders can be placed through your server. In-suite catering items are served in group portions, not individually. Please make your suite representative aware of your intent to purchase food and beverage if you would like to place an order in advance.

Should I tip our suite attendant?

While it is not required, gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated.
